Steps to reproduce

1. Add a new big asset to Magnolia Assets
2. There is no indicator of the progress of the upload. No loader.. nothing. Even the Import button is enabled and clickable even if the upload has not been ready yet.

Expected results

I expect at least a loader of some kind and that the Import button is disabled until the upload is done.

With HTML5 it's no problem at all to get the file size and upload status of an upload in the browser. So an indicator should be feasible.
