Date format in inline editor and in edit property dialog should be consistent

By completed MGNLUI-6439, we support to edit property type in jcr browser, but input date format is not the same in inline editing and in property edit dialog.

While inline-editing support most of the format, the Date property type in dialog must follow the ISO 8601 standard (e.g. 2021-12-13T12:21:55+00:00 or 2020-04-30T04:00:00.000Z).

So, the expectation:

• Make the format consistency, support most of formats in Magnolia
• The display format of date value of property should follow the same to others
• Add description for field: The Date property type must follow the ISO 8601 standard (e.g. 2021-12-13T12:21:55+00:00).
