Label values containing dynamic pieces are not being replaced correctly

      Reproduce

      1. Change the user language to Spanish (user properties).
      2. Log out. Login.
      3. Open the Pages app.
      4. Delete a page.

      Actual
      The confirmation shows a message which has a value with parts that have not been replaced correctly/dynamically.

      Expected
      The message needs to be changed to display correctly. In the english properties file we don't use this dynamic mechanism anymore. See this line.

      This seems to be an issue for all languages. See this folder.
