Steps to reproduce

1. Open a page which is defined using new UI (e.g, Personas)
2. Publish an item (e.g, Peter Klang)
3. Select the item, click on show versions and select the version created o the previous step
4. Check you cannot switch between tabs 

Expected results

You can move between tabs

Actual results

You can only check information on the first tab

Development notes

If you do this test on the Contacts app, the issue doesn't happen. But if you do it on Contacts-v8, then the issue is reproducible. For testing it on contacts-v8 you must include the publish action, define a versions.yaml dialog within the contacts/dialogs folder and specify the action (versionShow) within the contacts definition (contacts/app/contacts-v8.yaml).

No error is shown in console, you just can switch between tabs
