Steps to reproduce

1. Click on the "+/-" (add Button) for Favorites on the new App launcher (Apps with font icons are not shown properly)
2. After adding those apps, click on the Favorite icon (the star) to open the popup. (Apps with font icons are not visible, just the text)

I added screenshots for both cases. Please ignore the forced dark mode of my browser, we could reproduce it on a clean installation of chrome as well.
