Re-loading the page doesn't re-open all tabs of an app

      This happens in any app I've tried so far, but here is how I found this:
      1. Open the Contacts app
      2. Edit a particular contact -> a second tab opens
      3. Reload the page

      I should get the two tabs again, but I only get the second one. See the attached screen shots.
