Turn the checkstyle on for magnolia-ui-framework module

      Since https://git.magnolia-cms.com/projects/PLATFORM/repos/ui/commits/aba1ac45973b192a83a3b6b5a50b6d043eb2499e#magnolia-ui-framework/pom.xml we have checkstyle turned off for the whole magnolia-ui-framework module.

      Unfortunatelly there are really dozens of various checkstyle errors in the module (javadoc comments, unused imports, header syntax, ...)

      AC: Fix the errors and turn the check style back on
