Reversed pressed and running states for group tiles on Apps Screen

      The group tiles on the Apps Screen currently use the wrong colors for two states:

      • the pressed/clicked/tapped state should be the one with the white background
      • the running state should be the one with the icon showing in white on the group color background.

      The two states are thus currently reversed.
