As an author, I want to be able to navigate back and forth to the browsers views with the Home button, so that I can switch contexts more easily

• This is a global change that applies to all apps
• App title is no longer a tab, so introduce the Home button
• The Home button that it's clickable and takes the user to the browser view
• The "tab title" will be filled by:
  • e.g. The tab name is the Assets Name field in the Assets App
  • e.g. The tab name is the Page Title in the Pages App
  • fallback if there's no tab name defined take the last part of the path /xxx
