As an author, I want to be able to access the IUX Slot within the Pages App's new design

ACs

• The IUX Slot icon to be placed on the right hand side of the search bar, next to the 'clear filters' separated by a vertical line
• Includes functionality to visualise the metrics once you click on the IUX icon - behaves as is atm

Out of scope

• Other UI elements e.g. dropdown in JCR that are we not focusing on with the current Phase 1 scope
