As an author, I want to be able to see more information on my browser pages, so that I can have a more holistic view of my content

As an author, I do not want to lose context of what I am working on within the Action Bar, so that I can more easily manage actions and my workflow for content creation and management

Action bar to be updated globally

• Collapsed to start by default in the browser view (tooltips will have to accompany the action bar when collapsed, check MGNLUI-8481 for more detailed information about the tooltips)
• The Action Bar expands when
  • One or more items are selected in the browser view
  • The user clicks in the arrow of the actionbar to expand it
  • When the user is in detailed (edit) view. Here the action bar is expanded by default.
• The action bar header is dynamic according to the undergoing action
  • e.g.: in browser view "1 item selected", "2 items selected"
  • in edit view "Page title/Asset name", "Selected component name"

Designer notes: The action bar in the mockup doesn't have any real content because the action bar UI and content is not being updated. Just it's behaviour and the title.
