[VALIDATION] As app developer, remove column filters from 6.3

      Once any explicit column filtering config will be removed from all app configs:

      • deprecate column filters config for M6.2 / remove in M6.3
      • remove implicit autogeneration of filters
        • info.magnolia.ui.chooser.definition.AppAwareWorkbenchChooserDefinition#autogenerateTextFilterComponent
        • and remove or deprecate related classes:
          • ColumnDefinitionMutator.java
          • ColumnDefinitionWithTextFilter.java
      • remove any explicit filter configuration in UI project
