Steps to reproduce

1.  Open an app in the public Travel Demo. Pages, Assets and Tours are all affected.
2.  Shrink a column by dragging its right border to the left.

Expected results

# To use screen space efficiently and maximise information presented to the user, it would seem sensible to anchor the right-most column border to the action bar and reveal more of this column when another is stretched. This is how Excel and Google Sheets handle grid layouts.

Actual results

# The new screen space is wasted. A grey header appears and no item properties are shown in the empty column below. This makes it impossible to view the contents of that column.

Development notes

I thought this may be the presence of the tags column but it also appears in the Segments app which does not use a tag column.
The Contacts app is not affected.
Screenshots are attached from Safari 16.6 and Chrome 116.
Screenshots are taken with a small browser window but size does not seem to have any effect on the issue.
