Adjustments to Action Bar, collapsed behavior:
The collapsed action bar by default should only happen when the user starts searching and not when entering the app (this change came out of the usability initiative) And by search I mean any action from search input query, filters or sorting.
ACs
When the user starts to search or use filters, the Action Bar will collapse:
- The Action Bar is open by default
- The Action Bar collapses when the view changes to the list/results view
