User Story: As an author I would like to have a possibility to add images directly from the asset app so that I don't need to re-upload them directly from the computer via CKEditor but use the resources already available in the asset app.

when we will introduce Magnolia Default configuration for Rich text editor powered by CKE5 (here: https://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLUI-8616) We need to provide also possibility to acess Assets via Rich text editor.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. The author should be able to access and add images from the Asset app via a dialog in the CKEditor interface.

1. The integration should ensure that the author does not need to re-upload images, and can easily utilize the resources already available in the Asset app.

1. The option to access assets via the CKEditor should be seamlessly integrated with the Magnolia Default configuration for Rich text editor
