Steps to reproduce

1. Create a variant and open the Choose Audience dialog  
2. View the full list of traits

Expected results

1. Given such a large dialog as displayed even on a small laptop screen, it should not be difficult to see all of the traits.

Actual results

1. In the Services ecommerce demo which has 11 traits only the first 7 are displayed.
2. A narrow scroll bar is shown on the right hand side of the list but a large amount of white space is wasted below.

Workaround

# None. Users must remember they may need to scroll.
