Remove scrolling hack on the client-side

      The tree might jump slightly when expanding/collapsing nodes, just for the time it repaints. This happens at line 138 in TableConnector:
      getWidget().updateFirstVisibleAndScrollIfNeeded(uidl);

      It seems it can be removed, patching the TableConnector.
