Due to refactoring - many layouts are broken.
Ensure that the following items appear correctly.

• Item Editor SubApp - for example Contacts.
• Standard Dialog - for example Edit a user in Security App.
• Page Chooser Dialog
• Asset Chooser Dialog (See related ticket).
• Media Editor

Main strategy is to have dialogs have static positioning, so they expand vertically down to accomodate their contents. And the footer just sits under all the content naturally.
For this to work - in some cases, the contents had to have a fixed height assigned to them.
