currently there is only one messageView that is used by pages and only configurable in the workItemHandler.
We need a more generic message view usable by other content apps. The message View must be read from the workflow parameters, so that it can be steered depending on the content app launching the workflow.
We need to provide a specific message view for pages app, which will extend the generic one by custom functionality
