Unpublish rejection message is not received

      When a publisher rejects an unpublication request composing a message, it is not received by the editor who did the unpublication request.

      Steps to reproduce in demo author:

      1. access with editor (eric)
      2. request for unpublication and logout
      3. access with publisher (peter)
      4. reject the request giving a reason in message field
      5. access with editor (eric) and see that there is no rejection message.

      For publication requests it works ok.
