UI. Display a nice picture when connectors are disabled or misconfigured

      When there is no connection to an external Marketing Automation, show nice picture instead of an error message.

      • show illustration centre aligned 200x200px
      • add text as in screenshot (replace "connector name" for each connector) 
      • font: roboto, bold and light 14px
