Rename apps and change their order

I'd like to rename and shuffle the apps inside the shop groups.

• we place the most dynamic parts first: the shopping carts
• followed by the products, then suppliers
• the tail is the last app, which is more for setting up the shop

For the same reason, I'd like to

• rename the "shop" app to "setup", as it is for setting up some main characteristics of a single shop
• we prepend all app names in the "Manage shops" group with "all" to make it clear that these app cover all carts, products, ... from all shops.
• we name the last app in the "Manage shops" groups "All shops" and not "All setups", since I think that's clearer here.
