Product Category selection dialog needs to reflect category hierarchy

      If you define a product category hierarchy, e.g. Sports/Accessories and Hifi/Accessories both Accessories categories will be indistinguishable when you assign them to a product. The hierarchy needs to be reflected in the dialog selection, e.g. by indenting child categories.
