Sitemesh doesn't install if STK is not installed

      When STK is not install (on a side note: sitemesh doesn't have a dependency to STK, should be optional) it tries to install samples and fails.

      Possible solution:

      Wrap sample bootstrap in ModuleDependencyBootstrapTask (and move to proper package).
