A columns component to enable authors to create a responsive layout in a page. This is critical for building responsive websites.

Implementation should be as described in https://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLDEMO-100
with this difference:
The template should include a wrapping container element - as the component could be used in any area.

The component should be based on a CSS responsive grid css that only provides that functionality, not the full Bootstrap or Foundation.
A grid similar to the Bootstrap grid would be beneficial since it is so popular and well known.

A candidate for some css for this component would be:
http://rwdgrid.com/ (Very bootstrap like)
Or only the grid CSS from twitter bootstrap.

Css should be included in the MTK as a separate file (not merged with any other files.)
