Some changes made on this parent ticket in addition to those done in the child tickets:

• Add pageIntro area to basic template. (No component) It displays the page properties: title and abstract.
• Move the navigation above the pageIntro.
• Video component shows video controls by default.
• Image and TextImage behave better with alt and title attributes - only included when there is something relevant.
• Teasers with large images do not break the layout.
• Page teasers display the abstract of the page they are linking to.
