As a developer, i want to be able to configure sites via yaml, so i can have different configurations for different SPAs

      Sites can be only configured via YAML on SaaS. JCR Configuration is not available on SaaS.

      MultiSite on DX Core provides a fallback site, now it's good time to remove that concept. In case of no matching site, we will provide a hardcoded one (similar to NullSite in sites module).
