webapp chooser does not show all webapps

      There are some bugs in the "chooser" for the webapp when I run the "jumpstart" command.

      Run "mgnl jumpstart".

      • It shows the first 6 (of 8 webapps) with instructions to use arrow keys to move around.
      • This behaviour is already too subtle, it would be easy to miss the other webapps. All webapps should be displayed.

      Press the down arrow.

      • it shows a corrupted list of 1,2,3,4,5 and 8.
