Action bar disappears when inserting <html> tag into HTML component

      I'm not sure if this is considered a bug but disappearance of action bar seems weird.

      Steps to reproduce:
      + Open Magnolia on IE or Firefox
      + Create "test" page
      + Add HTML component into "main" area with this content "<html>hieugioi</html>"
      + Close tab, open it again
      => Action bar is missing
