Help message displayed when no page templates available can be specified per TemplateAvailability

      A helpful alert is displayed in the pages app when no page template is available.
      The message would be more helpful if it could be tailored based on which TemplateAvailability implementation is active.

      It should be possible to include message bundle translations for each TemplateAvailability implementation.
