As an author, I want to create my page and add content to it without interruption, so that I don't have to reload the page each time I add and save components

Current behavior / Reported issues

• The page editor reloads after every action in the page editor
• Page reload after every edit
• Pages reload when you edit a component, it takes a while and you don't know what's going on when the loading is completed
• Saving components needs a reload
• Admin Central to be able to perform batch save or section refresh
• The page refreshes after every single component saving, even though it is a minor change, but the time of page refresh probably costs 1-3s

Expected behaviour 
 * The whole page doesn't reload on component edit, just that component/area should be reloaded in order to have the latest changes
