The pages app explicitly sets permissions regarding the activate actions for the superuser and demo-project role.
The former is useless, as superuser has access to everything anyway. The latter is no longer valid, since it is a role provided by STK's demo-project. At any rate, unless an app defines itself a particular role, it shouldn't be its concern to set access roles, rather a project specific task where roles are created and permissions granted accordingly.
