Add page dialog throws exception on empty fields, disables add page button

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Open new Pages app
      2. Create page
      3. Click Add page 
      4. Leave template select field or page title (or both) empty
      5. Press Next

      Actual behavior

      Observe red banner behind dialog appearing (as in included screenshot)

      Expected behavior

      Only "This field is required" should show.

      Additional info

      Add page button from action bar becomes disabled in effect, one has to click on some page to re-enable it.
