Pages app add an untitle page as the parent page of a new page

      Step to reproduce:

      1. Create a page to root
      2. Delete that page (a new page is selected by default, so you can click on Delete page)
      3. Publish deletion
      4. Create a new page (do not select any row, click Add page immediatly after Publish deletion)
