Fix link to get templates

      In the pages app, when no templates are available a little message is displayed indicating "No Page Templates Available... Learn how to create page templates ."

      The last sentence should be a link to https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS/Get+templates

      Link rendering is broken and the URL in source code is old. Fix both issues.

      It's enough to fix in the 5.6 branch, don't need to backport to older branches.
