When using the legacy pages app in another language, if the i18n is disabled, after saving a component the page in the page editor doesn't refresh. So the editors are unable to see the changes.

It happens only in pages legacy app. The reason seems to be a different locale between content and editor.

Steps to reproduce

1. switch the language of your user to German
2. open the pages legacy app
3. open a page where i18n is disabled. You can reproduce this in the sportstation site https://demoauthor.magnolia-cms.com/.magnolia/admincentral#app:pages:detail;/sportstation/about:edit
4. edit a component and save it

Expected results

 The page editor refresh the edited page and the editor see its changed content

Actual results

No refresh of the page editor and the changed content is not visible

If you enable i18n for the site, the problem is gone, the page is refreshed automatically and the changes are shown.

You can set it over here "enabled: true" in the Configuration app.
