Added and Duplicated components should be selected

      Currently, duplicated and added components do not get selected, however, this is not aligned with how the duplication works for other places. Indeed, duplicated component get selected.

      Added and duplicated components should be selected after the page editor sub app is reloaded.
      Proposed solution uses shared state in order to communicate between client and server. Basically server is producing to be selected element and client should be consuming it and thus have it selected in the end.
