Preview in Tab not working in external SPA

      Steps to reproduce

      Open externally hosted SPA and click Preview in Tab button.

      Expected results

      A new window with external URL is opened.

      Actual results

      Nothing happens.

      Comment

      Preview in Tab is bound to navigationContext, but External Page Editor is not communicating onNavigation event at all.

      Wiring the onNavigation through postMessages correctly could solve the issue and also let us get rid of the workaround in PageEditorPresenter:onElementSelect.
