Missing German translations

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to our demo, login as superuser and change language to Deutsch 
      2. Logout, login again and move to Pages app
      3. Select a page and clic on move 
      4. Check the buttons aren't translated (default English translation is used)

      Expected results

      The buttons are translated to German

      Actual results

      English translation is used for Move above and Move below

      Workaround

      Include the translation at /pages-app/i18n/pages-app-browser_de.properties

      pages-app-browser_de.properties
      pages-app.move.actions.above = German Move above
pages-app.move.actions.below = German Move below
