Steps to reproduce

1. Create a page in a multi-lingual site.
2. Give the page a translated `title` property, close it and re-open for editing.

Expected results

1. If the subapp tab is supposed to represent the browser tab, I would expect the internationalised title to be presented here as the tab label.

Actual results

1. The title is presented in the default language, regardless of the selected editing language.

Development notes

Can someone please confirm if this is intended behaviour?
It makes sense that the tab is set to the default language on opening as that is the default editing view. Should the label be updated when the page content is swapped for anther language?
