Remove side effects between JCR and Norsu Pages app

      • Without JCR Pages, the green-bar on Norsu pages app will not rendered
      • Adding new pages in JCR Pages app also throw error if Norsu Pages is installed
      • Isolate the Norsu components from JCR components
        • Verify: that dialogs work fine    
      • To check: exception with template assignment (with Sasha)
