returns wrong size

Works fine the 4x3 ratio.

In CC, our config.

Expected results

Should return a 1600 x 900 px size but I receive 1592 x 900 px

Actual results

Returns 1592 x 900 px

We ad the same issue with those size:

1024 returns 1019 x 576 pixels

All wrong except for 375 x 211
