Remove webp library to inherit the one from Magnolia imaging

    Description

      Magnolia 6.2.27 updated webp library to support aarch64 devices. 
      To avoid collision we need to remove the other webp library that is currently embedded with dam focal, so that we can fully inherit from the one and only one defined by Magnolia.

       

      Dam focal 2.4 will be only compatible together with Magnolia 6.2.27+ in that regard.
