I did a quick test with custom segments and date traits. This worked well: I could select the segments when setting up an ABn test and only the configures segments where included in the test.

Hi ldelnevo,
Thank you for your very useful information, that's exactly what Segment, rules, explicit/implicit traits...are working in Magnolia System after my investigation. Good news is that our ABN app will show all the existing Mgnl segments, including segments with implicit traits (which users can create on their own). And of course the tests are filtering/working with them normally.

In conclusion, we can say that "Once users created their rules and make it into Mgnl segments, ABN will support it".

About Cookies, this is even easier because Mgnl traits already provided built-in Cookie functions for some simple cases. If users need more complex cases, they can create custom rules for Cookie and make it to Segment.
