| Description |
|
Currently you can modify the appLauncher by modifying the configuration in config.yaml However, if you want to decorate it from a custom module you'd need to address the exact row number, which is not an user friendly approach. For example, in the following decoration rows 0 and 3 are modified to include a new app:
layout:
rows:
0:
groups:
- name: content
apps:
- myContentApp
3:
groups:
- name: admin
apps:
- myAdminApp
Users would appreciate if there's a simpler way to decorate the appLauncherLayout as modifying the existing configuration file is not optimal for them in terms of maintenance (new config would be stored as content and not a file, which is likely to be lost on future upgrades) |
