 Description

When working on the SonarQube deployment I ended up running into BUILD-881, for which the best solution we have to date is to create lock files, which I did. However, this tripped up Terraform into thinking it had to recreate all the resources. I tried deleting the resources by hand but was not able to do so for some. Hence, the project is in a messed state by now. The pipeline is not able to deploy this project anymore. Maybe this can be fixed from a local machine by forcing Terraform to use available resources rather than trying to recreate them. We probably need SRE advice on that one.

In the end the account was recreated altogether.
