According to what Philip mentioned in Friday's scrum, in spite of the fact that some organisations are missing, licenses are all there and that should be enough to release 5.6. Therefore we can stop progress on this for the time being and put it off to a later time. Same goes in general for pom 34 release, as far as I know.

UPDATE
As Jan mentioned in Monday's Team meeting we're going to release POM v34 anyway
