Renoavate was unable to authenticate in github to get change logs.

The json with the token retrieved through terraform needed to be treated to address the particular property with the token. Now this is fixed and we have release notes alongside PRs and there aren't 401 errors in the logs anymore.

This seems to have resurfaced again. There are no errors in Renovate's logs, but neither are release notes in the PR created by Renovate.

Look into what the problem may be and bring the release notes back again.
