With new parent-pom 21, when pom doesn't have scmTagPrefix, then release preparation phase wrong resolve name for tag. It offer tag name somehow like this "poms-2.0-RC2". |

This happened because the "abstract" parent pom was setting scmTagPrefix for its own purposes, and that property was unfortunately inherited by all our poms, through the "concrete" parent poms. |
