Hello,

Unfortunately, this is not the right project to report an issue. Please, instead make use of our support project and we'll be pleased to help you.

In case you don't have a support account, let me remind you the appropriate channels to get help:
 * Forum
 * Mailing lists
 * Wiki

Find more information about how support in Magnolia works in our related documentation.

Regards,
The Magnolia Support.

Thank you for feedback, can you elaborate on it?
1) What criteria need to be met to get a support account?
2) Forum, Mailing lists, Wiki and related documentation links after multiple redirects point to the same 3 Google Groups (not in the same order or same names)
I've tried to create conversation in developers Group, but after submit don't see it. Is there some type of account required also?
3) Does this flow apply to all Incubator modules?

Hello,

1) What criteria need to be met to get a support account?
As mentioned in the linked docs, you need a support contract with Magnolia:

If you don’t have a Magnolia support account yet, please contact Magnolia Sales at info@magnolia-cms.com and include the following information:

  • Name. Please give your personal name. Don’t use a shared account. We are happy to create two accounts if needed.
  • Company
  • Client. This is needed if you are working for a client who already has a contract with Magnolia.
  • Email address. Please provide an individual email address at your company, not a generic account such as support@company.com.
  • Phone number where we can reach you.

2) Forum, Mailing lists, Wiki and related documentation links after multiple redirects point to the same 3 Google Groups (not in the same order or same names)
I've tried to create conversation in developers Group, but after submit don't see it. Is there some type of account required also?

Please, check this page.

3) Does this flow apply to all Incubator modules?
You also need a support account for them but note that they are sort of special. Find here information about the support of these modules.

Incubator modules supported by Magnolia Professional Services are based on commercially reasonable efforts only, meaning the team is not bound to fix any bug or issue right away

Regards.
